There are only 4 LEGITIMATE registries for the Dogue de
Bordeaux. FCI- FCI is international (this is NOT FIC)
AKC-FSS- This is the foundation stock service through the AKC
USBC- This is the oldest club registry UKC- United
Kennel Clubs registry If a dogue does not have a
registration from one of the above registries, I would not even consider
buying it as you may have no idea what you are getting.

DDBS
The following
registries are not recognized by the AKC or the DDBS. Use of these
registries is not recommended in ANY capacity. The DDBS advises against
purchasing Dogue de Bordeaux puppies or adults, or contracting with
Studs who are registered with any of these registries. The AKC will not
accept any of these registration bodies into the AKC FSS. The DDBS has
been advising owners and breeders of the pending acceptance into AKC for
many years and stressing the transfer of registration to AKC FSS.
